Reconditioned Stairlifts Now Come with 12 Months Standard Guarantee

We have now increased our standard guarantee cover on all reconditioned stairlifts to 12 months.

Please note that this does not include servicing which is highly recommended after 12 months. As part of our service, we will contact you at the end of your first year and remind you that your stairlift service is due.

Stairlifts NOT installed by Norfolk Stairlifts

Norfolk Stairlifts also regularly services and repairs stairlifts throughout Norfolk installed by other companies. Norfolk Stairlifts can service or repair most makes and models including Acorn stairlifts and Stannah stairlifts.

Servicing Price

Does your Stannah stairlift or Acorn Stairlift require servicing? Call Norfolk Stairlifts on 01953 850004 to book in your appointment. An annual service of your stairlift will reduce the risk of your stairlift breaking down in the future.

Service Cost (includes 1hr Labour) = £135

After your first service, subsequent annual services cost £110

Breakdown Price

If your stairlift breaks down or needs repairing then please call Norfolk Stairlifts on 01953850004. We can usually repair all makes and models of stairlifts NOT installed by Norfolk Stairlifts.

Breakdown Price: £120 for initial visit (covers labour up to the first half hour, £44 per hour applies thereafter)*

A full diagnosis will be made within the first two hours and your stairlift will be repaired within that time if possible. Extra charges for parts and labour will be provided and discussed with you if applicable.
