Richard has worked in the engineering and sales engineering environments since leaving school many years ago. Outside of work, Richard still likes to get his hands dirty working on his many motorcycles. He also enjoys cycling, clay shooting and taking his two sons to their various sporting commitments of football, squash and cricket.
